2025年6月24日に開催された「患者体験の日」において、ナント大学病院（CHU de Nantes）の特別診療ユニットのバーチャルツアーが、フランス患者体験研究所（IFEP）より最優秀賞を受賞いたしました。この革新的な取り組みに、私たちEiiKAがコンテンツ制作パートナーとして携われたことを大変光栄に思います。
本プロジェクトは、重度の障がいをお持ちの患者様に向けて設計されたもので、歯科診療へのアクセスに不安や困難を抱える方々が、事前に施設内の環境や診療の流れを高解像度のバーチャルツアーで確認できるようになっています。
このバーチャルツアーにより、来院前の不安が軽減され、診療への協力が促進されることで、より安心で質の高いケアの提供に貢献しています。
このような誰もが安心して利用できる医療環境の実現を目指す、包括的かつ人間味のある取り組みに、ビジュアルコンテンツ制作の立場から関われたことは、私たちにとって非常に意義深い経験となりました。
On June 24, 2025, the virtual tour of a specialist care unit at CHU de Nantes was awarded Best Project by the French Institute of Patient Experience (IFEP) at the annual Patient Experience Day. EiiKA is proud to have contributed as the content production partner for this innovative initiative.
The project was designed for patients with severe disabilities who experience anxiety or difficulty accessing dental care. The high-resolution virtual tour allows them to familiarise themselves with the facility and the care process before their visit.
By reducing pre-visit anxiety and encouraging patient cooperation, the tour directly contributes to higher quality and more reassuring care delivery.
Being part of this inclusive and deeply human approach to healthcare — through the medium of visual content — was a profoundly meaningful experience for our team.
