歴史ある町並みが残る富山市八尾町に佇む「越中八尾ベース OYATSU」の棟のひとつ、〈織（Ori）〉の撮影を担当しました。八尾らしさを象徴する繊細な欄間や建具を中心に、檜風呂から眺める中庭、町の花である椿が咲く小さな庭など、家の中と外がゆるやかにつながる空間構成を意識して撮影しています。広い引きのカットでは町家の奥行きと抜け感を、ディテールカットでは木の質感や光の移ろいを捉え、宿泊者がここで過ごす時間をイメージしやすいビジュアルを目指しました。WEBサイトや各種予約サイトでの発信に活用できるよう、昼と夕方の表情もバランスよく収めています。
EiiKA photographed the Ori wing of Etchu Yatsuo Base Oyatsu, a guesthouse nestled in the historic townscape of Yaomachi, Toyama.
The shoot focused on the delicate transom screens and joinery that define the Yatsuo aesthetic, as well as the courtyard viewed from the cypress bath and the small camellia garden — capturing how interior and exterior spaces flow together.
Wide-angle shots convey the depth and openness of the machiya layout, while close-up details document the texture of wood and the changing character of light throughout the day.
The resulting visuals — balanced across afternoon and evening light — are designed to help guests imagine their stay and to serve website and booking platform communications.
